David W. Decker, CPA

David is the owner/member of Decker & Company PLLC. He specializes in providing tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, accounting assistance, consulting, and new business set up, to a wide spectrum of small businesses and individuals. 

David has twenty-four years experience in providing public accounting services.  His experience includes working with construction, real estate, manufacturing, service and professional, nonprofit and governmental clients. 

He is a graduate of Shepherd University with a degree in accounting and is active in the community as a member of the Sunrise Rotary Club (past treasurer), Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce (board member), Leadership Berkeley alumnus (1995), Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association (past treasurer), and the Martinsburg Little League (board member and coach). David resides in Berkeley County with his wife and two boys.

Elizabeth A. Jones, QuickBooks® ProAdvisor™

Beth is a Senior Accountant at Decker & Company PLLC.  Beth provides accounting and tax services for the firm’s individual and business clients.

Beth joined the firm in 2007, bringing 9 years of public accounting experience.  She is a graduate of Shepherd University with a degree in accounting. In addition, Beth is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor™ specializing in providing training and support of QuickBooks® accounting software for a variety of business entities, as well as, a notary public in the state of West Virginia. 

Beth is a member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Women’s Network as well as a Leadership Berkeley Alumnus (2008).  Beth resides in Berkeley County with her husband and three children.

Jim R. Jessee

Jim is a Staff Accountant, responsible for individual and business tax preparation and accounting as well as IT, marketing, and other functions with Decker & Company PLLC. Jim also carries the designation of Registered Tax Return Preparer administered by the IRS. 

He has over 15 years of experience working with accounting systems and software. Jim most recently served as the Director of Operations for FedComp, Inc. where his responsibilities included the satisfactory delivery of financial data processing products and services to over 1000 clients internationally.

Jim is a graduate of Shepherd University with a BS Degree in Business Management. He currently resides in Berkeley County with his wife, Patty, and daughter Beth. He also volunteers as a coach with both the South Berkeley Little League and South Berkeley Youth Football League.
